and Inspections
Service
We offer Training Onsite with your people in their departments, or in a classroom type environment.
We offer direct tuition to users through their web browser and support Windows Messenger when pre-arranged with your client services officer.
We also offer Installation Support when initially deploying Quest, as well as Upgrade Support for our continued enhancement programme.
Support
We provide telephone support for issues for inidividual users, from assisting in getting the right data on the right report to trouble shooting configuration and advanced technical options.
Enhancement
Receive regular updates to Quest. We guarantee at least one upgrade per year and won't roll-out more than one per month.
This means you receive added benefit to Quest each year, but you won't be swamped by them each week.
Request upgrades to Quest for consideration.
Receive full reports of changes confirmed for subsequent upgrades.
